How do I send in my design and/or logo?

A PNG at 300 DPI can be emailed to info@aceandpickle.com, please include placement instructions and size of image/logo (ex: 3" logo, top back center)
Can I preview the design before placing the order?

You will preview and sign off on the design and the size count before the order is placed
What customization options are available?

All orders are full-color, unlimited design placement, name/number at no charge
Is there a minimum/maximum order quantity?

There is a 24 pc min per order: mix and match design, style, and sizes There is no maximum
Can I personalize each shirt with a different name or number?

Yes, at no additional charge
How do I care for the fabric?

Machine wash cold, tumble dry low, no iron
What materials are used to make the apparel?

Polyester in our premier Sombralux Weave is used to make all of the shirts and the girl’s and women’s shorts
Are there different fabric options?

No, our Sombralux Weave is the best we’ve found - and we’ve tried them all
How does the fabric handle washing and drying?

Fabulously! Wash on cold and tumble dry low and it won’t shrink or fade
How do I choose the right size? Is there a size chart?

The sizes are standard but you are welcome to request a size chart via email at info@aceandpickle.com
Do the sizes run true to size?

Yes, but most are unisex, so you may want to size down or order a ladies cut
Can I order a mix of sizes in one order to meet the minimum?

Absolutely
Are the shirts pre-shrunk?

The fabric does not shrink when handled properly
What is the fit like (e.g., slim, regular, relaxed)?

We offer a unisex fit which is slightly loose, a favorite among players and coaches; and a ladies fit which is a bit more sung
What printing method is used?

We use Sublimation: a printing process that allows the dye to bond with fabric at a molecular level, allowing unlimited colors and a photorealistic effect
How durable is the print? Will it fade or crack over time?

With proper care, the fabric will never fade, peel, or crack
Can I choose different printing methods for different parts of the shirt?

No, and it is not necessary because you can print on all of the fabric, including the back, bottom, side seam, and sleeve
Are there discounts for bulk orders?

We are happy to work with you on pricing for bulk orders
What payment methods do you accept?

Check, ACH, Visa, MC, and Amex
Are there any hidden fees or additional costs (e.g., setup fees, design fees)?

There are no set up or design fees ever, the only additional fee would be a rush fee if required by the client, quoted in advance
How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders will typically arrive 3-5 weeks from final approval
Do you offer rush or expedited shipping?

Yes, and fees are quoted in advance with expedited shipping taking 7-10 days from final approval
What are the shipping costs?

There is no charge unless it is expedited
Can I track my order once it has shipped?

We will provide you with an arrival window, and we can track it for you by request

Once the order has been approved, there are no returns or exchanges unless Ace & Pickle is at fault

All mistakes will be remedied as soon as possible

Yes, our design team has your back - and front, sleeve, and side seam
Can I make changes to my order after it has been placed?

Sort of - once you hit the approve button, it’s go time on the design, but you can still adjust sizes and quantities
Can I reorder the same design later?

Absolutely! Let us know the sizes and quantities and we will get those sent out asap
Do you provide mockups or samples before placing a large order?

Yes, but please remember that the mock-up/sample still has to be created at the manufacturer level, so that process takes the same 3-5 weeks as a regular order - but always a great idea if time allows
